It’s hard to imagine a discipline with a greater history and traditions than boxing. Nowadays it’s getting more and more popular – not only as a professional sport but also among regular people. Why? Boxing workouts improve total-body strength, body composition and health. It helps to decrease stress, to feel safe (due to the self-defence abilities) and gives a lot of fun and satisfaction.
